Forum widgets refer to different kinds of widgets or shortcuts that are available on a website. When it comes to forums, there may be different kinds of widgets available on forums. So, what are they?

My favourite forum widget is the count down to launch day widget used by new forum owner before the day of the launch of the forum. It is a thing of beauty. I was excited the day I witnessed it used in a new forum.

It is not possible to say what forum widget is best. It all depends on the owner's priorities and preference. On my forum apart from the default feature, I only use a plugin for ad management. Since I give importance to monetization, I like using ad management plugin.
