You don't have to run from competition when you see it. The best way is to work on delivering value and showing your customers (both existing and potential) that makes them think they're taking advantage of you.

Closing is not the solution. You have invested a lot of money and when you close because of competition, you are going to lose your money. There are a few businesses that have closed in here due to stiff competition and I would like to mention here that the business was actually a multinational organisation and a very popular fast food chain. Local market damaged their business and this is why they had to exit the market.
