True love does not contain victimhood, so no. Since love is looking out for a person's better interest, it is never really in someone's better interest to be a victim.

I suppose if someone is a narcissist, punishing them may be good for them and break them of their evil ways, but that is not them being a victim. Victims are innocent. Narcissists deserve everything they get.
