Let's move away little regards helping others and posting good information and have a more free and friendly discussion. What's the weirdest domain name or site name that you came across so far?

I mean names that I have seen are very dirty in fact, Keep in clean, speedofart was one to Gotahoenorth funny names I say LOL

What made them think of the names and why they went ahead. I mean how did it get approved to be used.

I've actually visited the gotahoenorth looking for covid info up there. ha. I can't think if any weird domain names. One I own is dropsome which i think is cool and weird...

I think the domain name providers do not distinguish the domain names if they are weird or even scandalous as long as the user pays for the registration. With funny names I don't see anything wrong. But maybe if the domain name has a negative flavor or derogatory to a person or entity then I don't think it will get approved. One example of a derogatory domain name is UglyAlex (that's my name) which can be a point of complaint by that person with that name.

I've seen some really weird names. Some of the sites don't have weird names, it's just weird or pointless functions.

Like RGB. Com or pointerpointer.

I think it's just part of the uniqueness of humans, and a way if expressing themselves.

NO, I have not come across any weirdest domain name. However, before it became popular if I had heard of whatsapp I would have thought it to be a very weird name for a communication app. Instagram is also weird, but it looks ok to our tongue since it is very popular social app. This brings us to a conclusion that even the silliest thing can be branded.

Domain name? I guess it's used when creating website. Cus I know without good domain name, Google won't accept your website or blog. A bloggers need domain because he can make use of the website. Domain name is very important

The domain services providers don't actually care of th names you choose to give your domain names that you buy from them. They presume you are in the know why you chose that name thatbway

The domain that use the word "rapist" is really hilarious. Perhaps the owner created this domain just for clickbait purpose. A lot of webmasters use this techniques.
