WebJunction is a webmaster forum founded in November 2013.

It may be small but I think it has potential - hence why I am now a staff member over there. The potential is in the owner. He's 14 but is extremely proficient in graphic design and has coded a couple of Mybb themes.

Here is what you can spend forum cash on:
- Domains
- Hosting
- Graphics
- Mybb Themes
- Reviews
- Packages
- Site Adverts

I highly encourage you all to signup!

I'm going to pass on signing up for now, because to me it looks like a generic webmaster forum. However, I will bookmark it and check it out every now and then to see if the potential you're talking about it starting to show for me as well.

The owner already gets kudos for not using the same theme as WGBB :p

Excellent. It is difficult to not be generic. Successful communities are built around the people- horribly designed forums can do very well.

You can also change the theme to a wonderful theme that he made himself. Raees website is: http://normdesigns.com/.

You're correct, but thus far I've only seen people on the forum that are also a part of WGBB or other webmaster and/or promotion forum, meaning that the community experience is about the same as on WGBB which also means that at this time I think it's pointless to register if the forum/community doesn't offer something that I can't get here.

As for the theme change, I don't think it's possible to change it without registering on the forum and then changing it - correct me if I'm wrong. I've also checked his personal(?) website and I agree that he has talent considering he's only 14 and is able to craft designs that some other people who have been longer in the business can't.

I just signed up. Looking forward to see what the site can come out with :D

Looks like WebJunction may be having the same issue WebGuruBB had with WOT Ratings though. I just went and left a positive review. ;)

I been getting my WOT rating higher and higher to help have a higher vote in sites, so hopefully on the next update it will take you out of red and put you in at least orange xD

Fair point. Both WebGurubb and WebJunction need to work on gaining new members from outside the "circle". WebGurubb does get people signing up coming from search engines but WebJunction is so new that it doesn't get that benefit.

That's definitely what attracted me to sign up.

Thanks Jordan. WebGurubb is still my home though.

I can see what WOT was trying to achieve but I now have absolutely no faith in it. I think those WOT ratings came before Raees purchased the domain. Really WOT ratings should be deleted with the domain is.

I left a positive review on WOT as well, because I was tired of seeing that notification box due to site deemed being "untrustworthy". It's sad that new webmasters have to combat WOT even though it was created to help both the developer as well as the user.
