A web developer is analytical, where as a designer is artistic. Designer works with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, where as a developer mainly works with PHP, .NET, Python, C, Ruby, etc.

Well, I am not well at create graphics on PSD with Photoshop it needs a lot of entertainment this is the part of creating design of website, but for dynamic dropdown menu with ajax and jquery I could do the trick or some css tailwind with react and spring boot as frontend interface I could do the trick.
