Web design awards for smaller businesses/firms?

Most awards groups seem to focus only on behemoth websites from big firms. Are there any awards committees or organizations that focus only on websites from smaller firms, or websites for nonprofits/small businesses?

Awards generally don’t do much for raising awareness, unfortunately. I think you'd be better off spending your time measuring and documenting the project success.
