Volunteers or paid

Are your staff volunteers or paid? Well, when I hire, I always make sure to pay them. Well, I might not be paying standard rates, but based on how much budget I have I always pay my staff.I am a paid staff on multiple sites and I am also a volunter on some sites.

Unfortunately, since I'm unemployed, I cannot offer payment. So they're volunteer (then again, only have 2 so far) for the foreseeable future, till the community makes enough to give even just a gift card every month.

I don't have the money to pay my staff, so it's all voluntary right now. If my sites do gain some revenue from ads, perhaps I can pay my staff later on though.
