Traveling with family vs traveling with friends

Who accompanies you when you travel, your friends or your family? Well, I am a family man and I travel with my spouse. When I was in my teens and early adulthood I used to travel with my friends, but these days I only travel with my family. Even when I go to trekking in the Himalayas, my spouse accompanies me. What about you?

I mostly go on vacation with my wife and my two kids from my first marriage. I haven't been on vacation with my mother, my step father, and my 2 half siblings since 2009.
