To what level should an employee respect his owner?

That's true, dishonest employees are not expected to be kept for a long time, my reason for saying that because there's nothing you can do to make it up to them they will still be disrespectful.
It is only necessary that an employee should respect the owners of the business. The employee should accord the necessary respect that all the bosses need to the owner of the business.

Respect is an etiquette in business and it must be done almost all the time because in a company there are hierarchy and levels of officers which deserves different respect.

That's true, but have you ever seen a situation where by employees disobey their employers, have you ever seen this kinds of situations? For me I have never seen this kind of situation.

Just make sure that you respect them at the best level.

Respect is not a big deal and we should not find it hard showing that we respect people for what they are doing for us

You cannot go far without respect.

That's true, if you respect someone that is ahead of you, you are not going to lose anything but rather you'll gain something, I don't see any problem in respecting people who are ahead of you.

As long as you are working under a superior , the person must be respected at all time. That's just the best thing to do if you are interested to work in the business. Most employers do not tolerate rude employees.

Respect is highly needed and it is part of the business etiquette most especially when you have different level of offices in your place of work.

Well there is no Boss in this part of the world that does not deserve to earn his maximum respect except such Boss does not have good moral and standard of living with his workers.

Respect is reciprocal and it should be given to anyone who deserves it most especially your boss so that you also can earned some respect from other people including your boss you respected.

Well when it comes to business, respect is mandatory to both your boss and those various offices ahead of you including your co workers and the customers so that you can also be respected.

It is always good to respect someone who is a little bit higher than you at workplace not to talk of someone who owns the business. You should learn that this is part of the business etiquette

When the company is known to hire and fire employees incessantly, the reputation of the company is at stake because no one would want to work with them anymore.

There are certain kind of companies that usually do this. Certain kind of telemarketing companies in my country usually hire people and then they fire them as well.

It is very mandatory that you should respect one another in the business industry. It is the etiquette in business to always respect one another because it is one of the things that will keep the business moving.

you receive as much respect as you give out, like the saying, respect is reciprocal but in the working environment it is a bit different as you are meant to respect your superiors as long as they do not violate your fundamental human right.

It is true that when you are very respectful you will receive lots of respect from the people in return and that is why it is always good to respect colleagues at work.

I wouldn't advise employees not to give their employers maximum respect . Obviously he is the one in control of the business , you do not have any excuse if you choose to behave rude, your employer could sack you .

Maximum respect should be accorded to the owner of the business has the boss.. The boss also should reciprocate because showing respect to each other is a business etiquette.

you have to imbibe the culture of respect to every one you meet at your place of work, except the person in question does not want you to give him/her that level of respect by disrespecting you, then you can damn the consequences.

Respect is something that is reciprocal and it is very important for employees to respect not just the owner of the business , but anyone who is in a higher ranking than them within the work environment.

When all these things are present, its shows a high levels of organisation. The lower rank officer should not in any way insult those in the higher rank. I think military orderliness should be adopted.

But at the same time , the higher officers should not use his or her position to oppress those in the lower rank. There should be mutual respect and understanding among different set of employees in a business @Potuse
