Irrespective of the field you are working in or your occupation in the world. Being an advisor will mean that you have a perfect knowledge or understanding of the process and how it works entirely. To be a good real estate advisor one must know so much about real estate and be able to share from what he knows.

I also think you need manipulation skill to your communication skill. Sometimes you'll need to manipulate your client. Give them what they want to hear. Place the bad before the good to make the bad less bad.

You can meet new people through hashtags on Instagram. You can meet new people through DM on Twitter. You can meet people through LinkedIn, through Forbes.

I agree with what you have said, and I also agree to what most persons contributed on this topic. The importance of communication most especially in real estate cannot be over emphasized. It is your communication that will help you advertise and reach out to your clients and customers who would be interested in the house.

For you to become the best realtor, you must be honest and straight forward in your business, and also you don't have to go back on your word. your properties also must be just as you have said they are.
 
Very nice tip. A realtor must know how to convince customers. He must learn how to persuade them into buying his property and besides he must learn how to sell himself by imbibing on good attitudes
