In real estate business, communication is very important. And to succeed in such business, one needs to learn from professionals or those with several years of experiences in the business.

The answer is no because there are many business that can fetch you more money than the real estate business, numerous of them, so if you are talking about gold mine, and you have the real estate business in mind as the only source to actually get what you want, I don't really think so
