My suggestion is to build your connections instead of entering into a partnership. I have heard so many sad stories here on partnership in real estate. When the property is sold one of the partners would not receive a commission. That is a common scam here. With connections you can get important leads on buyers and sellers. When you make a sale you give a token to that tipster. That is the style of my aunt who is good in real estate brokering. She often gets a sale at least once a month.
