I think that people should not always have such kind of budget. I am not saying that people should become extravagant, but sometimes you should spend in a generous manner.

Well, now I have lessened my budget a lot as the economy and financial positions are quite tough. Having a huge budget may lead you to spend in an excessive and extravagant manner.
