Duck Dynasty appeals to country people in the USA and probably abroad. Riss and Quan, a popular YouTube duo, appeals to an urban crowd probably. Anyway, what makes people like them? These people aren't outrageously funny like say, Dumb and Dumber or something. They just seem like ordinary people.

Well, how can we apply what they do to make money?

Well, either sheer luck, or they are quality. Quality is what gonna make or break something. People usually don't want to spend money on crappy things.
 
I was reading Riss and Quan are worth half a million dollars I think. Their videos get millions of views a day. They started way back in 2018. No wonder they are happy and wanting you to like and share them, lol.
 
Make sure your video content is both informative and engaging for the vast majority of your target audience. Video promotions of your product/service can give you tremendous conversions as compared to the time taking social media campaigns. It immediately grabs the attention of your audience/viewers.
You can show off your innovative products or services and give your customers an inside look at your brand.
 
That is why he issue of givning out great content is very important,because it will definitelly go a long way to attract vistors to your site if you have a good vidoe content,after you must have done your target though.
 
If you focus on niche topics, mostly micro niche topics, you can easily build huge followers and also huge traffic. The general content topics will go unnoticed but niche topics will always come forward.
 
I think I would be very careful applying the success of Duck Dynasty to online. Duck Dynasty is a TV show, and TV shows have to appeal to a wide audience with wide themes like work and family and politics and war. The Internet does better, as @DigitalNomad just explained, with more niche subjects.

However, one thing can be applied: when online, be a real human and share your mistakes. You don't need a polished picture-perfect piece of film art to earn money. Imperfections broaden the appeal and make you more relatable. People are more likely to buy a product that was arrived at through struggle rather than one that was easily arrived at, because the struggle is more realistic.

That is not to say that picture-perfect film art doesn't have a place, but for that, I suggest checking out Max Joseph's YouTube channel - beautiful editing, seamless cuts, engaging subjects. But he's not as successful as Duck Dynasty, despite the fact that Max was on Catfish and is a celebrity. Best to take a lesson - humanity is important.
 
One of the reasons why people fail as video content creators is they start talking about themselves, no body cares about who you are unless you are Kim Kardashian. Unless you have amassed a huge following, people do not care about you. They will care about your visual story. You can appeal the audience only through the stories you present through visual elements.

Most people are already fed up with general content topics because they are very common and a lot of people are publishing on them every day. But when it comes to unique niche topics, you're building something that's very much in demand.
