Team Leaders

Do you ever have team leaders on your forum? I think there useful for promotion forums because you need someone to oversee that particular team and see that everyone is getting their job done and pulling their weight. It could be useful on a general chat forum because the moderation team leader could report things to the administrator/owner.

If you are running a big forum where you have a lot of users and activities, you certainly need a team leader who handles different things on your forums, for instance, you can have a team leader for your moderators or marketers. However, I own multiple small forums and do not have a team leader.
