Starting Two New Forums

Hey, guys! I'm looking to start two new forums, which means I need a team of awesome people!

One of the websites is an anime forum which is mostly setup. www.thatanimecommunity.com . I have big future plans for this website, but I need a team for this. What I need:

• Lead Moderator
  • This person will be in control of a moderation team.
  • They also act as a moderator
  • Lead Moderators also always have a say in the direction the site is going.
  • Have to attend a monthly meeting
• Marketing
  • Marketers will be in charge of how to get this website popular.
  • They will be given a monthly budget of advertising money.
  • Marketers will also get paid from our own ad revenue
• Community Manager
  • Community Managers are in charge of posting on social media
  • They are also in charge of posting most of our forum announcements, and any community events.
