Staff rosters, promotional teams?

I have an individual who is in charge of doing promotion for our page for our business,and the promoton and awareness he normally does on the page is very much effective to the business.

In an organisation , there should be a team and department handling staff rosters and employee promotion , its normally the promotional teams in the department that handles the promotion of employee and also handle the promotion ofnthe business.

This really happens in a conductive environment were there is satisfaction in doing business or working. Site promotion should be handled in marketing department, although workers are also responsible in marketing there sites.
 
Activity wise, I prefer to hire those willing to atleast help with content and activity. I have rarely hired people strictly to help advertise, as I seem to not get many good results from doing that. I would rather have staff do promotion, if they are excited about the website, rather than expecting them to do advertising, just because they have to do it.
That is actually a good strategy to getting staff members to be fully involved in the plan of the forum platform,this will make them be commited towards achieving set goals based on their convinction on the job.

As the owner or the manager of the business , the best thing to do I order to ensure the proper division of labour is to make sure the job is allocated to each of the workers .
 
It's expedient of a staff to promote the company site he or she is working for. I'm currently working for a school as a part-time teacher and I do everything within my best to promote the school site.
 
I believe that everybody should be able to work fairly when it comes to working for an organisation without having to stress themselves and knowing exactly what their job is all about.
 
I always try to be there whenever we are designing the staff rooster and we also open opportunities for people to talk if there is any kind of displeasure that they will want to be controlled
