Solving the issue of overcrowdness in the urban areas

This objectives can be achieved when real estate agent partners with the government. Urban areas are over populated due to the major activities been run there, the urban areas are also endowed with all social amenities of life, starting from roads to water to steady power supply. This factors attracts crowds. If government can extend such social amenities to rural areas, then the population can be balanced. Imagine rural areas have the same freedom found in urban areas. Definitely no one would struggle to be the urban areas.

If half of what is made available in the urban areas is made available in the rural areas, then people will not mind staying put in the rural areas.
If nothing, the pollution and excessive traffic jams on the roads will be minimized.

The rate at which most urban areas are crowded is giving one a course to worry, There are population explosions everywhere leading to more people around. The most pressing issue in cities now is overcrowded cities which is causing a strain in the social amenities in the cities, How do we solve this problem?
Yes you are right. Population explosion is one of the major issues of present Era. This can be Controlled through family planning. It is said that population growth follows the exponential operation while food growing rate follows arithmetic operation.

Overcrowding in real estate in cities can be managed in the below ways: ... This will reduce overcrowdingin the cities. Better housing facilities need to be developed to manage overcrowded cities. The government must make an investment shift to infrastructures such as building broad roads, hospitals and schools

This is the full responsibility of the government as only the government can fine a lasting solution to this, town planning also needs to be fully implemented. I believe a serious governance would take this very serious.

Well the rural settlements should be upgraded to semi urban settlements in other for crowded urban settlers to be moved to the semi urban settlements

There is no need and there is no way we can solve the issue of overcrowding in the cities because obviously people will come from the village to the cities to start a new life I think the best way to handle this iis for government to to provide a good and affordable business atmosphere and society for the people in the cities as this can help them grow, I don't see the need to stop overcrowding in the town because people must come out to hustle. That's just my point of view though

The urban areas have become overpopulated, which has led to an increase in pollution and pollution, so we should all pay attention to it so that the pollution and pollution can be eliminated. It is the responsibility of all of us citizens to eliminate this so that the area can be cleaned and our area can be made clean.

Over crowdness is not a big problem the problem is that how to handle it. The large number of people migrating from rural areas to urban areas and the government must take precautionary measures to stop people in rural area by providing them the facilities which they wanna gain in urban area.

The best way to solve the issue of overcrowding in urban areas is to develop the rural settlements, many people migrate to the urban areas because of the social ammenities available like good electricity, potable water, good motorable roads, etc. If all these can be provided in the rural areas too, it will greatly reduce overcrowding.

Over crowding is not something that can be prevented as long as cities exist, but it can be managed and kept to a minimum. Government can start working on schemes that will urbanize and develop smaller cities so that inhabitants won't have to move to a bigger city in search of greener pastures.

Urban areas has been seen as the center of opportunities resulting to increase in the growth rate and population. When the available resources doesn’t reach the people and its populace it’s best adviced for the government to increase its productivity and increase the standard of living and also reducing the standard of living of rural areas thereby causing immediate migration of populace that can’t survive

The only way to solve the issues of over crawding in Urban areas is to develop the rural areas by providing most of the essencial social amenities found in the urban areas also in the rural areas. Overcrowding of the urban areas is cause by lack of development in the rural areas, if most people can get jobs, electricity, good roads, good houses in rural areas nobody will overcrowd the Urban areas.

This is a major challenge facing most urban communities today and it's very hard to solve the issue without the government getting involved. Urban areas seems to be more developed than rural communities and it's why migration is too much. Government need to develop rural areas and provide jobs for them to reduce migration to the cities.

This is one topic that seriously affects my country, Lagos is an overpopulated urban area and it's becoming messy. I think one solution is industrialization of rural areas i.e spreading industries to rural areas to create jobs which will draw people to such rural areas, which will in turn lead to development of such rural areas.

The issue of high population density has caused more harm than good in an area. I believe if the social amenities such good roads, water supply and hospital can be supplied to the rural areas also, then the population will be well distributed.

By simply dropping prices and offering better platforms in the nearby of the location of these houses, people mostly want everything near them and they will be really satisfied if they find them

The world population is estimated to have reached in 7.6 billion in 2018: 4.2 billion people in urban areas and 3.4 billion in rural areas. By 2050, the world population is expected to increase to 9.8 billion. __ For every person living in a rural setting, there will be two that live in cities;__ 6.7 billion compared with 3.1 billion. This population growth and urbanisation has occurred in a short space of time: if in 1960, 2 in 3 people lived in rural settings, today only 45 per cent of the population lives in rural areas.

A visual representation such as Our World in Data illustrates how the world has become more urbanised and the speed at which this process will continue in the future, country by country and region by region. Reflection is required, given the implication of these figures.

In this series we’re considering the issues around overcrowding and looking for solutions.
Posts one and two discuss how travellers can change their habits and how destinations can manage demand.
In this post, we look at ways to improve visitor experiences to ensure a meaningful visit even when a destination is at its busiest.
No matter how we try to manage demand, some destinations will always be very popular, particularly at peak times. There’s also a degree to which overcrowding is a perception. Some might consider a place ‘too crowded’ whilst others wouldn’t find it a problem.
So, aside from trying to manage the numbers of visitors, part of the solution is about managing the visitor experience to ensure it doesn’t feel crowded. Here are a number of ways to do this:

The first thing to do is too look at the root cause of this over population, before we can solve them. Most times high employment opportunity bring people and more to cities and it leads to high rate of crowd. So for is to solve problems like this we need to look into the root cause like this which are many.
