Solving the issue of overcrowdness in the urban areas

Overcrowding in the urban areas is one that will keep increasing as long as possible when the necessary things are not been done or attended to. You can't blame anyone for this because the government has failed to provide basic amenities for people so people go out to where they can get enough for themselves to get it, it is the government that has the power to stop this

Overcrowded in our urban areas is rampart nowadays. Many people want to build house in urban areas. This make urban to be congested. People are packing to urban area to change their environment.

The government has numbers of things to put in place, mostly to reduce over crowdness in the urban. The government should put all necessary measure in place move jobs to the urban and making it conducive for the people. Examples like farm settlement, factories and schools that will also bring development.

The opinion of city planners is to develop the suburban and rural areas so that the city will have a competition when it comes to convenience like the mall, banks and other commercial establishments. True, but I think another reason for this is mainly cause of the opportunities found in the urban areas, most of these opportunities cannot be found in the rural areas, so most of them have no choice but to relocate.

The most pressing issue in cities now is overcrowded cities which is causing a strain in the social amenities in the cities, How do we solve this problem?

That is what you will always get in any city,because lots of persons would like leave the rural area to migrate to the city,,because of the oppourtunity there in the city,the government should provide basic amenities for the citizens.

I think the pandemic has helped a lot about the whole congestion thing. Remote working is what will solve a lot of problems that we face currently in the cities - once amenities like light and good internet connections can be achieved or put in place then a lot will be achieved

The issue of overcrowding in the cities is as a result of concentration of industries in the city center,which usually make lots of persons in the rural area to migrate to the city,provision of basic amenities like good roads and electricity will go a long way to solve this problem.

The solution I think of .One solution is to improve public transportation to reduce the number of private vehicles on the road, which eases traffic and pollution. Additionally, creating more green spaces and parks in cities provides relief from congestion and enhances residents' well-being. Urban planning should prioritize mixed-use zoning, which combines residential and commercial spaces.

Cities are crowded because people form rural areas migrate to cities for opportunities, however, if the government creates opportunities in villages and small towns, migration will stop and cities will no longer become over crowded.
