I love that platform. But there are plenty of downsides, and I guess thats why many people choose to hate it!
The updates are very rare, not enough updated plugins, not enough good themes, not so good support and spam control a little bit harder when compared to other similar systems.
I don't really know why I like it.

I kind of like the look and feel of it. But as xpl0iter said, the updates are not up to par.
