Yes you are right sir, it's all about making money if you can earn money from it you can hire someone that will help you, an also like you said go for the knowledge.
 
It is very necessary to create a phone support for the customer because it is an effective way for the customers to interact with the companies and lay complaints appropriately.. it is a very important feature.

I can be skeptical a lot too if business does not have a reliable customer support service. It means that they are incompetent or they are scammers. You should stay away from such suspicious businesses.

Well phone support to customers, do really helped sometimes to interact with them but sometimes I will prefer a direct contact with the customers service unit which will be more better to understand or know their problems.

That's frustrating, I once experience this, but mine takes upto 4 months before they refers it, I made a transfer the money was deducted from my account but did not reach the account I'm sending it to.
