Yes, Looking at it from the perspective of a customer, It is frustrating to not be able to reach out to the person you transacted with. I hardly bank with banks that do not have better customer support.
I have been facing a serious challenge with trying to reach the customer service support of OPay which is a bank that I make use of recently as they are not responding to my chat on their Twitter account or even their email as well. It's very annoying and frustrating.
