No I do not joke with business clients . you should always give them opportunities to complain and explain their dissatisfaction when they have one. You only have to promise them a better treatment next time they comes around . you shouldn't neglect your responsibilities by providing them quality service next time

So, you would've to cut the send the documents to their gmail, preferably. This can't happen with chatting.
