Shazam

Do you guys use Shazam? And if so, how often do you use it? Honestly, I use the app more as a memory/notes program than to actually identify songs that I don't know about. What I will do is shazam a song that I don't want to forgot lol . About 20% of the time I use it is probably to get a song name for something I don't know about.

I don't use Shazam because I found a similar app before I knew it existed, it's called "Sound Hound" but it is probably very similar. I use it for any song I am interested in whether is a song I know and I don't want to forget or a song that got my attention and I have no clue about it. It works nicely. Most of the time if the music is in its database it will answer fast and adequate even for other versions.

I also like it and use it because of the lyrics. It brings the lyrics of the song and displays them in real-time, that really has helped me before to understand them better.

I haven't tried Shazam, but maybe I should. There is probably no harm in having two options to identify music.
