Is there anyone in particular that cannot be reported against?
I've had a forum once where the software allowed you to add people to a list where they cannot be reported against by members of the forum. I couldn't be reported against because I was the owner/administrator that started the forum to begin with. So, you couldn't get rid of me. I was on the list automatically. The only person I added to the list though was the person that I hired to be the other admin on the forum. I trusted him and knew he wouldn't do anything to have someone report him for anything because he was mature enough individual. Any other person on that forum could be reported with the exception of the two of us (and we were the only 2 admin's on the forum).
