So on the community that I manage for pay, one of the features we give to members is Loom video responses when they DM us asking for help with their businesses and startups.

We can usually get more technical and detailed with our answers through video, voice, and screensharing.

How do you all feel about such a feature for your community members?

Is this something that you practice or are considering practicing? Or is it not applicable for your site and if not, why not?

I've found it useful in a discussion forum environment, but only for certain circumstances.

This was a customer (paid member) asking the owner (Copyblogger) how to do X for their online business. While anyone could respond, the OP wanted to hear from the owner the most. So, the Loom video was helpful.
