I get lot of backlinks from a particular blog and all the hits are from Indonesia. The thing is, someone else has used the domain before and i didn't check it out when buying. Now lot of bad links, i tried google disavow but not that effective.

Even tried messaging the blog author nothing worked well till now.

Disavowing is really the only option atm.

I assume the spiders "crawl" each back link (from the undesirable sites),
so IMHO a simple redirect (rewrite cond/rule) based on HTTP_REFERER
should go pretty far toward resolving your issue(s).
