Religious talk?

Unless your website directly is of a Religious Niche, do you permit the discussion of religion? If you don't, why is this? I think it's best to allow members to discuss religion, but strongly advise against it in the Terms of Conditions due to potential arguments between members. But, if this does happen, then the website owner could deal with the problem at hand.

I wouldn't say that I don't allow discussion on religion as I feel some discussion is harmless and everyone has their right to free speech to some extent.

I am however against discussion when it comes to pushing religion into other's faces and disagreeing with everyone if they do not agree with your opinion or beliefs.

I feel the same way. I have seen that these discussions go no where. That people just argue in circles to the point of name calling and insults. Not something I want to waste my time with anymore.

I haven't setup a religion section but I guess it's not a big deal. The topic of my forum is drumming, other instruments second, music third, and then general discussion.

I have a forum in lifestyle and health nice where people could post on religion, tradition and culture. However, my forum is not for religious discussions and if there are discussions on any particular religions, I will lock those topics and ask members refrain from creating such topics.

I do not have a section for religious discussing on my forum because my forum is niche based forum, however, I do not have anything against forums that have a section for religions discussion. Religion is a sensitive topic and it can easily anger people, but it is also a popular topic so you can have a lot of engagements.
