Real Estate Vs one room self contain

It is no surprise that people usually pick the one room self contain in student environments because that is what is going to be the most demanded.

One thing that need to be considered in this aspect is the security situation of the community. If am not really a student in that community I will rather rent my building in the estate

It depends if you're a student or a bachelor,as a student I don't see any reason for you to rent a 2 bedroom apartment you can make do with the self-con

We have only few real estate in my region which are all 2 bedroom flat but they only allow working class parent or bachelor's rent them.

Meanwhile, the price for selfcontain is $200 while the estate is $350. You can see that the difference it's not that high.

If you were living in this kind of community, which house will you rent. Self com or estate building.

Living in such an area, I would consider my status.
If I am married with children, I would look out for a flat. If single, I would go for the self contain.

I would rent the two-bedroom flat.
From what i have seen, there's just a slight difference in the cost.
Considering my family size, i would go for the 2 bedroom flat.

From the above you will agree with me that self con is more profitable than other buildings structures. The tenants are readily available compare to building 2bedroom or so where you will looking for families that can afford it.
