Mostly suitable in a highly urbanized location. Some urban settlements may develop but not really to the point of being able to purchased expensive mansion .All this has to be put into consideration.

Shops in densely populated areas have high returns. It's also safer because these people have a constant inflow of money with which they can easily pay their rent. If you can get residential properties in highbrow areas, they are also good.

That's a nice suggestion Goldenlady. Getting a job will be profitable especially for rental purposes as people will be very much interested to rent the shop for their different business.
