In my community because it is closer to an university, alot of people build a self contain estate all over, cos student are demanding for it every year.

We have only few real estate in my region which are all 2 bedroom flat but they only allow working class parent or bachelor's rent them.

Meanwhile, the price for selfcontain is $200 while the estate is $350. You can see that the difference it's not that high.

If you were living in this kind of community, which house will you rent. Self com or estate building.

If it's for a student I strongly believe that it's a self contained because they want the little money spent on the interior decorations shows it's purpose while working class would prefer the 2bedroom flat because of space.

Yes, it is highly profitable because students love self contain. Because they can afford it better than the two bedroom flat apartment. I don't see any student renting a two bedroom flat other than self contain. I will urge you to go for such real state project.

size of an apartment is actually very important. So many people make mistakes when it comes to this. At times, the estimated budget for the size of the apartment in view may be too much or too small. For instance, if a bachelor, who is not planning to get married in the next six months to one year gets a three bedroom flat, it may be mismanagement of funds.

If I'm a student, I'll prefer to rent a self contain room because it's compact and I'll spend less to furnish the room. If I'm not a student, I'll pay for the 2 bedroom flat because I'll get a spare room whenever a family member or friend comes visiting. I'll also get some space to convert to a private work space or mini warehouse for my goods and other stuffs.
The price of the self contain room is on a high side.

I have heard the small room in Japan that is expensive but renting a flat of 2 bedrooms is only for the wealthy because the rental is astronomical. If you are a student then you have to understand that expenses of your parents. Aside from the tuition that you pay to the university there is also the food allowance. Now with the rental the cheaper is always the better. But if a student can bond with another student or maybe more then they can rent the $350 flat and stay there comfortably.

Since the target audience is mostly made up of students that clearly can't afford a full apartment, it's only logical that building one room apartments is the safest bet. That way you have an almost unlimited amount of customers.

It actually depends on your budget if you have enough money to buy or Build an estate I think that will be much more profitable but if you don't have money to build or buy an estate then you should go for self content for graduate and other people within the locality so they can rent and live, you will make a lot of money depending on the how your budget are, both of them are good investment

This is an easy one, it has never been about what you want, it is usually about what you can afford. Everyone will definitely want to live in a flat or duplex over a self contained apartment, it's the amount of money each person has that will make the choice for them. Another thing that could determine is the person's occupation and designation. You can't expect a student to choose to live in a 3 bedroom flat even if he has the money, because it will be a wastage of resources when he can only use one room at the same time.

As a student, the self contain apartment is the best option but if you really have much money you can go for the bedroom flat.
During my time as a student, I used self contain not because I can't afford real estate apartment but I have this mentality that as a student, a self contain apartment is okay.

The real estate investors did a proper survey of the environment and decided that self contained apartments were better. That is a very good decision and I bet they are making a lot of profit every year.
This is why environment is a big influence on real estate.

Thanks so I can go to the gym and I have been talking about it but I think it is still available I would be happy if you to my workmarket account is not going to make it in today I'm going back to get the kids to get a hold you and make you can see what t the other day and I will be therefore I will not have a few questions for.

If I were to stay in that environment I would go for the self contain that is $200. It is highly economical and It is budget friendly. The fact that I stay alone and do not usually entertain visitors is another reason why I would go for the self contain room.

In case I have the possibility to pay for my stay in the urbanization, I would. Since it is more spacious and therefore more comfort. Also taking into account the proximity to my place of work or university. Now if I have to limit myself economically, the option would be self-construction.

I will prefer to rent a self contain over a two bedroom flat, why the big space anyway? I'm a student so a self contain is much mote affordable for me than a two-bedroom flat, I think they have the same function.

The environment you are considering will determine the best one. In general, anything housing is good business but cell contain get more patronage than real estate because of the nature of high rate of low income earners and poor standard of living.

It all depend on the person in question. A self contain is comfortable enough for a student and he or she will want to save that extra money no matter how small, on the other a bachelor or family man might want a flat because of the extra comfort and he can afford it.

Well, that would solely depend on my budget, but I will rent the 2 bedrooms because of space and from what you said the only difference is 150$, not much difference if you look at it. better to get enough and get a comfortable space.

I went a self container because am just a student and my stay is temporary, I don't need something big or too serious. The person probably did it like that because students my not be able to afford staying in the estate even though the price difference is not much.

Well, one room sell contain is also a good idea, for example in my area as I speak, 1 room sell contain is now high in terms of the price it ranges from 120k to 140k so if you're able to build about 10 self contained in your country and you furnished them well with the latest home equipment you on Mone.
