When sending out promotional emails, do you like to just send a plain html text email or do you like to use a service that customizes your emails and makes them look attractive? How do you customize your emails? What do you use?

I use software to design them to look like actual business flyers. There will be clickable links in pictures and such. I think it is more professional than just plain text.
