I can tell your layout is organized by typical organization - introductions, Q&A threads, off topic, and etc. I would almost say put Suggestions & Feedback at the very bottom. The shade of pink is definitely an interesting shade! I would love to see a banner rotator, I could see it being a cool contest for your forum "Create the best banner" and then they cycle through! I like that you're building a light and airy community where it is not taken too seriously. That is seriously needed sometimes!
