I have terrible sitting posture. I've been this way my whole life. While the other kids were walking around with books on their heads, I was cutting class and smoking pot. Such is the life of a slacker...
...or is it a sloucher?
Now, I can sit up straight, but it's not my normal, relaxed way. And since starting my little daily practice pad routine, I've found that when I make an effort to sit up straight, it starts creating tension in my shoulders, and *BAM*, immediate loss of relaxation in the arms, wrists and hands.
Anyone else have this issue? What are some of the steps you take, or have taken, to overcome slouching behind the kit?
Thanks in advance!
