Well I think there are certain criteria you must pass before you are eligible for a pension, I might be wrong tho. Pension is certainly a good way of rewarding loyal workers for their years of dedication.

From what I know, it is not just about qualification but the level and stage which one retired with and the amount that was saved up in the account before retirement.

Those who work in government working departments are the ones that will enjoy endless benefits. That's why people seek the public job option than the private one.

well, that's actually how it is in all countries, except that retiring age differs from a country to another due to many different reasons

Yeah in my country if you have ever worked for or worked as a government employees you are definitely qualified for a pension once you reached the retirement age.

While it might be something good in your country, some workers in my country complains that it's not even enough to cover their needs.

Exactly what is going on in my country , your pension after you retire is based on your qualifications result and sometimes corruption comes in..

It's not feasible that every employee is actually that have actually big setting under the federal authorities get big pension plan, pension plan is actually fifty percent of your typical income being actually paid out to you.

Pension is the money which the government allows to pay to the servants working under government sector after their retirement. Any government servant having great qualification and good post at the government sector recieves huge pension. What do you think?
This is normal.
Is that not what is common place?
Pension plan will depend on your years of active service and probably your grade.
That's what will determine the amount you earn as pension.

A pension is usually paid monthly to those who have retired after years of serving the country.
And yes, the amount received as pension is a function of one's qualification and position or level.

The number of years used in service, the cadre that the worker has attained e.g director cadre and the grade level of the worker, which is usually from grade level 1 to seventeen. It is this that will determine how much of pension and gratuity that will be paid to that person.

You're right.
Usually, I think it is about fifty percent of what you earned while still working. So, qualification and position can determine the amount you earn as pension.

According to my own point of view, I will say yes the government worker received high pension according to your position at work. Because in the government policy, you pension salary is fifty percent of your monthly payment. So once you have a good position as a government worker and you are receiving good salary, you should be rest assured that your pension will be high

Of course, such positions have higher pays and salary structure which would translate to higher pension that's as a result of more monies being deducted from your salary when you were still in active service.

Given how much this pensioner was paid while they were in the military, their pensions may not be very large. Once you retire, there is a way to calculate this so that you can make a certain amount of money each month to support your family and yourself.

You must have to have work with the government for a particular amount of time before you are going to be eligible for a pension. I always advise people that they should have their own personal plans to..
