Hello, today I am looking for an Admin and Co-Founder for the site (name to be determined). It will be a general/chat forum.

Job Tasks/Responsibilities:

Admin:

- remove spam

- solving guideline violations

-clearing up reported posts

- writing policies, rules, and guidelines

-community infrastructure and design

-web hosting/server/domain + any issues with theme

- updating themes and/or hosting

-managing the staff

-welcoming members

-interacting and responding to members

- banning members

-be a good influence

- write topics and posts

- be friendly

-promotes/advertises the forum

- report any major issues to myself or co-founder

Co-Founder:

-All of the duties above

- finding web hosting and themes

- running contest and giveaways

- permanently ban members

- write content for the blogs

- choosing plugins/mods

-coding

- chooses partners/ads

- helps run "premium" users

- checks new users for policy violations

- has more say in any decisions I personally make

Payment:

Co-Founder will make 40% of any advertising or partner ship, and Admin will make 20%. (This is negotiable!!) The money received from premium memberships will be split 50/50.

You will also receive a cool staff rank and userbar, private forum/ shout box, Forum Promotion Cash, random prizes (i.e Amazon gift cards, Paypal money, Movie gift card, etc..), free ad, link, and affiliate space on the forum, a written endorsement on the forum with a link of your chose every month, real cash (amount tba), and much much more.

You'll also have the satisfaction of knowing you helped someone. All these things are just to tell you thanks for all your hard work and dedication.
