Needle phobia

How are you with needles? I've got an extreme phobia but I had to have a blood test this morning. For the first time for a long time I didn't even feel it

I wouldn’t call it a phobia quite for me, but don’t care for needles. Hate getting any of that stuff done. Though do gotta get a blood test in a few weeks or so. Boooo….

I used to be really scared of needles as a kid and would always panic when I knew I had to have an injection of some kind. Since getting older though I have found a way to be able to deal with it and now I just look away and don't think about it. It has really helped me when I needed to have blood taken.

Yeah I refuse to look when they take blood too. XD

looking away does help, but deep inside you know there is a needle beside you!!

I remember one place I got blood taken they had a sign up with a vampire bat "we want your blood" or something like that.

I don't mind them on me, but I wouldn't want some nurse job where I have to poke people. It's just not my thing. It makes me feel queezy.

I won't lie, needles make me nervous, but not to the point I'll refuse getting stuck.

Heights though? now that freaks me out.
