Here is the home I am under contract for and suppose to close on December 1st.
Was my first home and hopefully the sale goes through! My original plan was to flip it anyways.

Today has finally come! The house is closed and it is no longer mine! 1 year later, the home is fixed up, sold, and I walk away with a profit of $44,790 (after realtor fees). I feel accomplished.

Thanks, guys! I may take up another project home to work on after I either buy or build my home that I am going to live in. There is good money to be made in real estate.
