Muay Thai is a traditional fighting style from Thailand. People also call it Thai boxing. It is one of the most efficient fighting systems I've seen in my life. You use fists, elbows, knees, kicks, and throws are permissible but nothing on the ground. Low kick they do is so powerful. Those pro fighters will chop you down so easily. Compared to other competitions (UFC), Thai fighters fight like insane. They can have over 500 fights in their pro carrier. It's just insane.
