Methods of Contact on site

Advertisement Placeholder
Actually not everyone can use my contact method on my site, people that can use my contacts method are people that I trusted and people I already know. I don't allow stranger to use my contact method

most of websites have their own mails, so the website owner can make it specified for professional purpose only and not mix it with his personal mail

In my future website, I plan on using a contact system that will be an instant messenger system whereby people can contact me directly by messaging me and I will reply their queries immediately if I am online.

How many methods on your site do you have for people to contact you? Do you ever give out private information or for the most part do you keep it online only? Do a lot of people use your contact methods?
I have so many way I do make people to contact me both offline and online, but the one I use most is online because I like to be safe while talking to anyone online so I don't give out my personal details for any reason tho.

I think the contact option should only contain the name and the address of the owner of the site, and where the office of the niche business website is located.

I offer email, phone number, FAx and chat box. Most people will use the chat box first because it is free an instant. When it doesn't work, they will send an email through the contact form. Rarely do people call or send fax.

If your website is primarily a service oriented site, or let say your website sells services, you need a live contact method on the site for providing support to the customers.

I have seen alot of sites with various methods all in one. They make use of the email method, online messaging method and at the same time the contact method. Most bank sites usually have more than one method, so as to not overcrowd their customer care system

Most of the websites have contact page, when you leave a message on thaat page, the owner will receive your message in email. This is the most common way to contact

I think a good site should at least give a 3 ways in which people having on the site can use to contact the admin. Some people might not be able to contact you through email and that’s the reason you have to put a number to call there and some might not even be able to call but you a means to chat online for help might be there for them on the site

What i think most people use is mostly a chat avenue or a drop in message because its instant. But for me i use my official contact where i will receive the messages directly and get them replyed and attend to their request.

Most jobs in site around my environment are offline so giving online details would-be like throwing a needle in a haystack, it might never be found so it's better to leave contact.

My contact to my website will be my email because the method of contact in your website so that people can visit your website by contacting you.

My websites are mostly blog site, I use contact forum. When a member fills the contact forum and sends, I will receive the message as a mail. If the mail needs to be replied, I send reply as soon as possible.

Well most site have come across don't use peoples contact but like an office contact on there site most especially emails because contact didn't go through at times.

I use email messaging system on my blog. Anyone willing to send me a message from my website has to use the contact page and send the message. When I receive message, I try to reply as soon as possible if the message needs a reply. I use Thunderbird email system to receive messages.

I normally try to design my website in such a way that people can get me through one of for ways. They can contact me through the live chat on the website or through email or through social media or through Whatsapp chat.

The only method of contact on my website is just my phone number and email address. That is the only one I have been using for my website incase any body needs this reach me.
