Manufacturing product or reselling products, both are lucrative, and both has its advantages and disadvantages. When you produce you can maximize cost and still make more profit, than just reselling. Reselling products too can also make traffic, as the loss of production may not be experienced

Manufacturing needs a lot of money and machinery and it's expensive overall.

I prefer reselling products from the manufacturer. It would be all about marketing the product and it's simple when compared to making things, for me anyway. Anyone else feels the same here?
Or do you prefer to manufacture products by yourself? What would you choose, if given a choice?
I will prefer manufacturing new product because when you manufacture your own products you know each and every aspect and the expense to produce it, and you can get more profit from it by Saling it at good rate while if you go for reselling the products, you does not really know the price of manufacturing.

I concur with you on this your submission that reselling a product from the manufacturer is better than manufacturing it myself because that takes a lot of energy and labour. The manufacturing company can fold up any day but reseller can go for another manufacturer.

I prefer to resell, manufacturing requires a lot of capital and quite stressful, also time consuming. With reselling all I need to do is create awareness for the products and I sell them easily without stress.
Yeah manufacturing cost a lot of capital , but i think its still much more better than reselling in terms of profit to be gained from it i think , i would always prefer manufacturing any time anyday because its actually worth it i think, so manufacturing is really okay

It's not illegal resell from purchases you have made from shops. However, if you do so, the only way that can sell them is as Used/Very good condition. As they are no longer brand new, since they have been bought from a retail shop.

Manufacturing is capital intensive. It is not a game for the small players. It is a very arduous task that requires enough funds and enough provision for manpower while reselling as a simple as buying a product from a manufacturer as a wholesaler or retailer and ensuring that you make profit off it. Manufacturing will make a lot of profit but it takes time unlike reselling that can give you profit immediately but your profit is dependent on the manufacturers.

It would all depend on the profit margin you aim for, as well as the funds/capital you have on the ground. I think I would go for the distributorship, it might even be more expensive. Setting up a manufacturing shop will be expensive as well, you only buy the equipment once and it becomes an investment for life

Reselling products actually depends and their companies in order to justify this is because the manufacturing company manufacture and produce the goods that they be selling company introduced to the customers

If you think of the cost of production alone you will know that it's easier to be a retailer... A lot of things are needed if you wanna be a producer and this alot of things need a great working capital that you might not need if you are a retailer

Being a reseller is more like a middleman between the customers(consumers) and the producer which can also be referred to as the manufacturer. Most times it happens that the resellers run at lost while trying to move products bought from manufacturers and it isn’t really moving in markets. Manufacturers don’t go through stress which retailers do. They are the ones convincing and putting out the brand to customers.

It depend on what type of manufacturing you want to venture into, either primary, secondary and tertiary stage. Manufacturing is a little bit tedious as you need a lot of capital and factor of production which some people try and fail. Resale is much easy as everybody can do it, it cost less and it is not as tedious when you compare it to manufacturing. But if your finance is on the high side, you can try manufacturing..

For me, l will opt for reselling, it is more easier and affordable to start and run. Being a manufacturer is a great deal that requires expertise and heavy financial requirements. But reselling or being a wholesaler is much better for me, since l don't have what it takes to be a manufacturer and l am starting up small, except for product that requires little manufacturing process.

Manufacturing a product could be very profitable, because you would have the control over everything that makes up the product or services, it is really good to manufacture than to sell. Selling on the order hand brings profit to the seller alone.

The trader of products get the most profit in the life cycle of the product. Take for instance the farm where the farmer earns little and the market vendor earns little. Who takes the lion's share of the profit? it is the trader because they control the prices. If the farmer increases his price the trader would threaten to not buy from the farmer so there is no choice but to sell at the usual price. When the market vendor would complain of the increased price of the products the vendor would threaten to stop supplying them. That is the reason why the traders get rich.

Its true that manufacturing of products is quite expensive since it requires machines that you will use to manufacture the products .
For me i would choose reselling of the products which is quite cheaper compared to manufacturing since in reselling the only thing required of you is to identify your customers where you will be selling your products.

Both ate very good options really and it depends on the perspective and the product in the mind of the person who wants to venture. In some instances, production yields the most profit though it is more expensive. I prefer the reselling though as it tends to be more stress free and less risky.

If I'm new in business and I have little money and resources then I will prefer reselling items. I might earn few from it but it will also save my money of its production. I can just buy items or products from manufacturers and sell it keeping my part in it. As my business will grow and I'll have enough money for the machinery and all the items to manufacture that product then I'll start manufacturer it on my own.

Yea, I quite agree with you. Reselling of products already manufactured by someone else is easier and less capital intensive. Manufacturing is however, more profiting in the long run.

As a person going to a business for the first time or you are new into the business you can start with reselling of the product but when you are now old in the business and you now have a lot of capital you can go into manufacturing because manufacturing pays more but requires a lot of capital.

I prefer manufacturer product it good and you make your money as soon as possible right now I mean nowadays people are trying create that product by them self rather than reselling another person product people want to make money to there Pocket now than make another person rich get
