Making your blog interesting

What do you think makes a blog interesting? What is going to be able to draw more people in? I'm wondering because it seems like maybe the way that the blog is set up is the most important thing, and I wanted to hear what you all thought.

I think it's important to like or love what you're posting about. This way people can tell you're passionate about it in your writing. You also don't get bored talking about it. Interesting content is what makes or breaks your blog as far as your audience is concerned.

Content and personal experiences. People love to be able to relate to what you have to say. Just posting about a topic with no personality will not keep people interested, trust me!

Those are both really great. I mean I do love when I post about, but sometimes I wonder if there is something else that I"m missing. At least that's what it feels like sometimes.
