Aside I've been decision making skills for an entrepreneur an entrepreneur should also have dispute resolution skills and communication skills also so that in a situation whereby he will need to communicate the business plans and policies to his employee.

The aspect of one being flexible, I like that because most people are too rigid with their plans even if changes occur they still keep to their plans.. Timing is also very important because some person can keep planing for years and never execute any.
