Making a Forum in a Niche You Don't Care About

Well, there are other advantages of starting a website regarding a niche that you like. First, it might be a good idea to select the niche you like because you might enjoy writing about it. Secondly, you may also like to research about it and explore more about it as well.
This is a good point because I think that it is for the best if you are actually interested in the niche you want to write on in order to enhance the quality of the content

of course it is possible for you to make a forum in a niche you do not care about but you must be dedicated to make it successful. The major reason people do this is because of the money they stand to make.

This is simply tantamount to failure. If you're creating a website in a niche you don't care about and are not willing to put in the work to grow it. The only way is to ensure that you put in the work - make research and promote it as well.

I haven't gone through this route because i have never owned a forum. It's something i might consider doing though when i decide to own a forum because of the money involved.

If you create a forum on a niche you don't care about, how do you expect to become successful? If you don't care about the niche, it is also likely that you don't know about the niche, which means it will be difficult to build content.

Establishing a forum in a niche concerning where you have little understanding could very well be detrimental and laborious. A individual should start a website or blog and choose a niche that interests him.
You should not let this to hold you back, as you can always learn on the journey, though I concede it would be much easier to have gotten the knowledge before venturing into it but so not use that as your excuse

Well, it's not saying you hate the niche, though you might. Well, it's basically a situation where "money talks", lol. You know you can make a lot of money in the niche, but if money wasn't involved, you wouldn't do it probably.

Who has considered going this route? Who has done it?
Practically speaking, it is not advised to start a forum on a topic you are not passionate about because it will be challenging to sustain interest and keep the site active. In addition, a lack of enthusiasm for the subject could make it challenging to draw new users and expand the forum.
