Magento or os commerce shopping cart software?

I would like to launch my new e-commerce site and need help to choose host and also shopping cart software.
I need over 15 gbs of disk space, 200 gbs of bandwidth + opportunity to upgrade.
Magento or os commerce shopping cart? What is better?

I have found Swissns.ch and Plusplushosting.net web hosts. Their prices look good for my budget $15/mo.
What hosting provider would you choose if you were me? Why?
