What do you love most about managing your forum/blog/website? Why?

Mine is the uniqueness of my forum. The niche' of my forum is not very common among forums. Also, it has to do with something that I've enjoyed for about 10 years now and I continue to enjoy it.

I love meeting new people from all sorts of different backgrounds. I've learned a lot about other cultures just from interacting with people of different nationalities on message boards.

I love meeting all sorts of people who are interested in the same topics as me. I also like making new internet friends, and just having a great community for people to come together at and have a great time.

The bans.

Kidding, I love interacting with the communities and making new online friends, I met one of my best friends online. I will say I don't love managing a blog as much as I love managing a forum, for the main reason that a blog isn't as interactive as a forum is. I like talking to people and just being wacky.
