I own a small clothing store and due to the current situation, I am thinking to create a website. My friend suggested me to build it by my own due to my low budget. As he also owns an E-store so he recommends me woo-commerce platform for the website. I also found multiple helpful Woo-commerce plugins that can help me a lot in the e-commerce business. For Example: woocommerce retail plugin, woocommerce reward plugin, woocommerce google map plugin and other. What do u guys think is my decision is good?

You can build ecommerce website on wordpress by using woo commerce. Both of these are free options, however, you might have to spend some money on website theme, free themes have limited options.

I actually always found wix the easiest to use. For basic functions they are good but I haven't used them for eCommerce.
