Looking for background removal

Are there any Photoshop pros here that are good at removing backgrounds from images? I am trying to get some background removed so I can put an image of a person on a black t-shirt. I tried asking at some free resources but they all did a horrible job. I'd be willing to pay if anyone knows how to do this very well. And by well I mean pretty much perfect!

How much would it cost you per image? I have found someone else who is doing them for cheap but if they are not up to par with my standards, I may be interested in buying from you.
