In your opinion, how many Keywords does a Key Phrase have to have before you consider it to be a Long Tail Keyword / Phrase? Also, is it better to target these, than shorter regular keywords and phrases?and also tell Long tailed keywords and their benefits.

long tail keyword is the keyword which users generally used to search in search engines. these types of keywords are good for generating traffic on website. for e.g "top 10 forum site list" is the long tail keyword.

Long tail keywords are keyword phrases that have less number of searches in Google. Hence these keywords are often used to rank your website faster in search engines and generate traffic.

Long tail search term is a search phrase people frequently use while searching online. These days people do not just search for health tips if they are looking for health tips. They will be more specific and try to search for health tips for women, or let's say health tips for back pain in middle age women. Long tail search terms is not necessarily a collection of multiple keywords, it is a search cues that people use.
